Lexy was born in Sioux City, IA but grew up in Sioux Falls before moving to California to act professionally in film and theatre. She returned to Sioux Falls as a Tennis Professional at Match Pointe. Lexy lives with her boyfriend Korbin and their fur baby. She’s a die hard Steelers fan, national level tennis player, and one of the youngest state champions in South Dakota. She was a high school bowling state champion and played on travel teams for softball and basketball. Her drive to always be better than the player across from her, prompted her to join the Snow Leopards and get back into competition. Lexy is a solid tackler, and good at reading pass plays.
Lexy finished her rookie season as Wide Receiver, Running Back Punt/Kick Returner, and Cornerback. She quickly earned herself a reputation as a fast, around-the-end running back and a wide receiver you simply cannot allow in the open field (thus her nickname “The Bullet”). Her defensive cornerback pass deflections, long yardage run and pass plays, and her reliable pass catching hands made her invaluable last season. Offensively, Lexy lead our team and was #4 in our Division for Rushing with 165 yards in four games on just 19 carries (averaging 8.7 yards per carry), with 1 rushing touchdown and a season long run of 87 yards. Lexy was #2 in our Division for Receiving (only behind teammate Jessie Ahlers) with 133 yards in 5 receptions with 1 receiving touchdown and a season long pass reception of 68 yards. Her two touchdowns in four games landed her in the #4 position for Touchdowns this season. Defensively, Lexy chalked up one QB sack and two pass deflections. She also finished #2 in our Division as a Kick Returner with 46 yards in just 2 kick returns for an average of 24 return yards per kick.
Lexy has been a respected player with many wow moments and we’re proud to call her our teammate. So glad to have you back on board, Lexy!
