Nikki grew up in Le Sueur, MN and currently lives in Brandon, SD with her husband Eric and their two kids – Sylviana and Jackson. She has 4 years of history in cross country and 6 years of track and field. She has been eager to jump into football and loves the discipline and humility that comes from playing such an analytical and intense team sport. She is always at the front of the line, always giving 100%.
Nikki just finished her official rookie season as starting H-back, Special Teams, and back-up Defensive End/Defensive Tackle. She has been a consistent player with size and speed that often provided a mismatch against smaller, slower opponents on pass routes and she’s been improving every game at picking up the block on run plays. As a new addition to the defense late in the season, Nikki seem to find her niche and love for busting up their backfield. She was a quick footed, anticipatory defender and quickly earned the nickname Happy Feet…well, for that and perhaps more obvious reasons. 🙂
She’s a positive addition to the team and we’re proud to call her our teammate. Thanks for a memorable “rookie” year, Nikki – thanks for sticking with us!
